What is Hesse & Associates business focus and in what industries are you specialized in?
A.
H & A consultancy services focus on company's organic and non-organic growth. The base services cover all industries since finding, selling and risk analysis is industry independent. For our extended business service we feature industry experts we actively work with. These experts bring in at least 15 years of management experience. They are business seniors and understand your achieved milestones and obstacles. We continuously expand our base of industry experts. In what geographic regions are you active and what is the advantage working with an advanced network of Associates?

A. H & A has a sweet spot in specific industries with highest growth rates. Our experts reside in major cities in North America, South America, Middle East, Europe and some countries in the Pacific rim. Firstly, this comes with the nature of business and secondly, it is a result of our growing base of business in these regions. This will increase your chances to find the best buyer or seller for you.

Do you offer M & A scouting services as an initial part of continuous cooperation with our company?
A.
Upon your request, we render so called merger & acquisition scouting services as a base module for non-organic growth, strategy and tactics. If your company employs specialist for due diligence or other financial services, it is your choice how to design and build your M & A team.

Do you have a fixed scheme of costs?
A.
Each project is unique to us. Our costs for each modular service package depends on type of service, time, number of experts and business volume. Of course our cost structure is competitive but transparent.

Is there a minimum deal flow in M & A?
A.
Yes. Since spotting a buy-side or sell-side M & A opportunity, pre-evaluation, evaluation, communication with all involved participants requires the full attention of our experts and time a project must meet some requirements. One of the criteria is the project volume should reach a minimum of € 25 m - € 50 m. Our clients expect that buy-side and sell-side companies are highly profitable. Non-profitable M & A opportunities are considered a re-structuring business projects and follow different requirements.
