Our company is your network of experts and former CEOs.

Founded in March 1993 C level professionals met and decided to extend their level of networking beyond just sharing emails and their passion for professional business. In a next stage our professionals were sharing emergency and business procedures once a hot or unusual business situation was going to come up.

In later stage our networking experts shared their know-how about market approaches, service providers and market places. All in all, the intention was to shorten the learning curve and to allow best results in shortest time possible for their companies.

Over the years our business club became a network of business professionals incl. CEO, CFO and member of the board. With a strong focus on subjects, which have been successfully handled by our associates before. H & A covers the most important stages in your business life cycle.
